I'm late to this reply Arthur but I echo Grace's sentiments. I'm so sorry. Hindsight is 20-20 and I'm sure you fought to do things the right way, but this happens to the best of us. My dad was a SEAL, and made it to admiral. Two of his own high ranking friends in the SEALs had sons who died of suicide (both in the past three years). They had extremely disciplined upbringings. The point I'm making is that you never know how things will pan out. But I hope you don't beat yourself up over this loss. All the best.
