Musk’s $44B Legal Case Just Started Looking a Lot Worse

Why his obsession with tweeting is backfiring.

I just finished reading Twitter’s 62-page case against Elon Musk and it’s quite colorful. The filing is damning, at best, for Musk.

Elon has a “bad” judge for his case

The honorable Kathaleen McCormick was just announced as the presiding judge over the case. She is a no-nonsense judge who has previously approved a forced merger in court — which is rare.

She is kind but stands her ground. She won’t be bullied, nor be a fan of Elon’s crude tweets that litter the court filing:

Elon Musk has a Jordan Peterson-Esque gender appeal: only a handful of women appear to be superfans of either. It’s a hard fact to ignore in a case featuring the first female chief judge in Delaware’s business court.

It’s one of the more entertaining legal documents I’ve read. This encapsulates the gist of their suit:
