Yeah, man. We all go through that. I can be ruthless on myself.

One trick, the next time you catch yourself dwelling on the past. Pause, count to three (to create recognition of the pattern), and then practice gratitude for something in your life.

I do this all the time, replacing a negative with a positive and it works wonders.
